At Naise Shopper, we are committed to offering high-quality, authenticated luxury items. Due to the exclusive and curated nature of our inventory, we offer an exclusive 14 day exchange only. This policy reflects the rigorous standards we uphold in our selection and authentication processes.

14 Day Exchange Only : We accept exchanges only within 14 days of the date of delivery. We will assist in the exchange of product or once product is received in our warehouse and re-authenticated, we will offer store credit for new purchase in the future. The client is responsible for payment for return shipment. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless stated in exceptions

Exceptions: In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@naiseshopper.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution if your claim is approved.
2. Authenticity & Quality Assurance
All items undergo a meticulous inspection and authentication process before being listed for sale. We source exclusively from authorized boutiques and authorized suppliers to guarantee authenticity and uphold the highest standards of quality.
