Return, Exchange & Restocking Policy
30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, all items must be returned in the exact condition as received, unused, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, accessories, and authentication materials included.
Due to the nature of luxury resale, all returned items are subject to inspection and authentication before approval.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us directly within 30 days of receiving their order. Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return & Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

For exchanges, the customer must ship the original item back to us before a replacement is sent.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to [10–15%] of the item’s purchase price.
This fee covers authentication, inspection, handling, and administrative costs associated with luxury resale items.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds

Exchanges

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued instead.

Luxury Resale Compliance & Final Sale Conditions
Due to the nature of luxury and designer resale:

Items showing any signs of wear, use, damage, odor, or alteration will not be accepted.

Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or authentication materials will not be accepted.

Items returned in a condition different from when shipped will be refused or returned to the customer.

Final sale items (if marked) are not eligible for return or exchange.
All items are verified for authenticity prior to shipment and upon return.
